GREEN Pancakes, yup I said it.
Don’t be discouraged by the color of these delicious pancakes before you try them! All of the flavors blend wonderfully and the pancakes have just the right amount of moistness. A great post work out meal that will feed your muscles as well as leaving you feeling energized!
All hail Match! Matcha is straight, stoneground tea leaves that provides you with green teas powerful arsenal of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and amino acids in a way no other green tea can. It is packed with antioxidants, boosts metabolism, detoxifies naturally, calms the mind & body, is rich in fiber, chlorophyll and vitamins, enhances mood and aids in concentration, provides vitamin C, selenium, chromium, zinc, and magnesium and helps lower cholesterol and blood sugar.
Blend all ingredients in either your blender or by hand until you reach a very smooth consistency.

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
1/4 cup egg whites (about 2 eggs)
1/2 banana (mashed)
1 cup spinach or kale
2 tbsp matcha
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tbsp almond flour
1 scoop organic protein of choice (I used plant protein but vanilla would be good)
Mix all ingredients in blender or by hand until you reach a very smooth consistency, heat skillet to Medium-low heat and cook pancakes on each side for about 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!
Top with almond butter, sliced granny smith apples, hemp hearts and maple syrup!
