Pregnancy can hit you like a load of bricks, one day you’re running a half marathon and the next day you can’t even get yourself to roll out of bed…unless there is cookie dough! Below are some of my “couldn’t live with out” pregnancy must haves as well as other mama’s must haves. My top three (in order) would have to be; Spanx maternity leggings, Hatch belly oil and the baby briefcase!

Belly Buds: Your little person can start hearing around 20 weeks, so why not let them jam out with you or listen to a personal message from mama!
Spanx maternity leggings: I could NOT live without these leggings when I was pregnant with Antoni! They are so comfortable and such a staple in my prego wardrobe, I have three pairs!
Heating Pad: A heating pad can help ease the pain in your muscles and joint. Just be careful when using one, you don’t want to raise your body temperature too high.
Pregnancy pillow: The bump gets in the way in terms of many things, including sleep! The prego pillow helps you adjust into the most comfortable position for you, baby and belly!
Polaroid: I love how women take polaroid shots of their belly each week tracking their growth. I didn’t do this with my first pregnancy, but I always told myself I will do it with my next!
Apple Watch: The new apple watch can monitor fetal heart rate, your heart and contractions. Amazing, especially during high risk pregnancies.
Coola sunscreen: Pregnancy safe sunscreen! Recently I also just became a huge fan of supergroup sunscreen!
Hatch Lip cream: This lanolin-free formula helps calm and soothe irritated nipps + relieve dry lips.
Cookie dough: UM, who doesn’t need cookie dough during pregnancy! This is a pregnancy safe “raw” cookie dough!
Hair ties for jeans: In the beginning of pregnancy, most women can fit into their jeans. There comes a point where you won’t be able to and will eventually need maternity jeans. Before that day, this little prego hack helps you get a few more weeks out of those pre-prego jeans! – Use a thick hair tie and loop it around the buttonhole. Slip on your jeans and loop the hair tie around the button.
Spatula: There comes a point when bending over is a bitch, someone once told me to keep a spatula in my shower and it changed my life hahaha!
Hatch Belly Oil: I swear by HatchGal belly oil! I love it! I used it everyday throughout my first pregnancy and it kept my belly so hydrated and really helped curve those crazy itchy belly days!
Baby Briefcase: This is so helpful, from day one you are given so much paperwork for your baby. It is just nice to have everything in one place.
Hatch Belly Mask: Facials for your belly, the belly needs to TREAT it self too! It helps minimize the appearance of stretch marks + scars during pregnancy and postpartum.
